ELI – The Eureka Lightweighting Initiative – invites you to give visibility to your Lightweighting R&D&I challenges and project ideas, or your industry-related implementations for which you are looking for partners. Our goal is to enable a strong European and global cooperation, but also to create awareness for the opportunities provided by Lightweighting.
Pitches submitted here may be screened and proposed for presentation at events on the topic of Lightweighting. Therefore, please prepare a pitch that can be presented in 5 minutes. However, you may also be able to contact directly the respective person for a pitch submitted here to discuss project ideas and to build a consortium.

|Although at first it was designed as a luxury item (for being covered in gold or platinum), the materials used and the design, has turned our TILE into a highly interesting product. As raw material, we can supply in various colors. A joint system that allows easy assembly, disassembly and replacement. Its configuration with air chambers makes it a thermal and acoustic insulator, at the same time we managed to make it lighter as it is not a massive material.||We need a new injection moulding, the available mold has not withstood the temperatures or pressures. We need clients.
